STWAs operational
strategy is predicated on the further research
and development, marketing and distribution
of the ZEFS (TM) and CAT-MATE® product lines. The
Company has designed and tested multiple versions
of the ZEFS (TM) and CAT-MATE® devices for use not
only on 2- and 4-stroke carbureted and fuel
injection gasoline engines, but also on engines
that use diesel fuels. The ultimate goal of
STWA technology is to provide a comprehensive
range of cost-effective and value-added products
to the worldwide combustion engine market
including: original equipment manufacturers
(OEMs), manufacturers and distributors.
Research and Development
In August of 2005, STWA
established a state-of-the-art research
and product development facility in Morgan
Hill, California, where testing on ZEFS (TM)
and CAT-MATE® devices for multiple automobiles,
trucks, motorcycles, off-road vehicles and
stationary engines has been completed. The
Company continues to actively develop and
finalize variants of the ZEFS (TM) and CAT-MATE®
devices for use on carbureted, throttle
body and multi-port fuel injection systems.
STWA is continuing the development of novel
emissions products and other environmental
technologies'
Technology Validation
In addition to extensive in-house
testing, STWA has engaged in independent
laboratory and scientific testing at renowned
testing centers around the world. Testing
outcomes have revealed that the Companys
technology significantly reduces hydrocarbon,
oxides of nitrogen and carbon monoxide emissions
and, in the case of ZEFS (TM) devices, also improves
gas consumption and mileage performance.

Marketing Initiatives
STWA is extremely
well positioned to educate consumers, health
officials, OEMs, manufacturers and distributors
about the efficacy and cost effectiveness
of their products. Since 2004, STWA has
been actively marketing both ZEFS (TM) and CAT-MATE®
products in the United States, Asia and
Europe. Specifically, the Company has engaged
various international governmental entities
in cooperation with the United Nations Environmental
Programme (UNEP) and various original equipment
manufacturers (OEMs) and the aftermarket
to sell or license ZEFS (TM) and CAT-MATE® technologies.
STWA is also focusing its
marketing initiatives in developing nations,
where environmental risks are particularly
dire and affordability is a critical issue.
For instance, the company is currently engaged
in a pilot project to install ZEFS (TM) on university
student motorcycles in Indonesia. 50 products
have been successfully installed revealing
not only significant reductions in emissions,
but also dramatic fuel efficiency savings.
These efforts will continue
during the remainder of 2008.
