  Cecil Bond Kyte.  

 

Chairman of the Board, Chief Executive Officer:

Appointed Chairman of the Board in December 2007 and now appointed Chief Executive Officer in February 2009, Mr. Cecil Bond Kyte has been a director since February 21, 2006.

For the past twenty-three years, Mr. Kyte was a pilot in various capacities and flight academy instructor. From February 2000 to November 2002, Mr. Kyte was employed by United States regional carrier, Republic Airways, including service as an airline Captain.

After retiring in December 2002, Mr. Kyte has been an investor in a number of businesses, including oil and gas and financial business consulting services. He is a cofounder of SwissGuard International, GmbH, a financial consulting firm based in Zurich, Switzerland.

An auto-racing achievement, Mr. Kyte won the 2006 SCCA ITA Regional Championship and also “Rookie of the Year” award. Mr. Kyte received a B. S. Degree in Accounting from Long Beach State University.

Mr. Kyte became Chief Executive Officer of STWA, Inc. in February, 2009 and is actively involved in the Company's direction, management and leadership.
